Hearts & Colors – “Shame” | Review

You know how “Depacito” is everywhere right now and you can’t understand it? Well, here’s a tune by Swedish-due, Hearts & Colors, that sounds similar and you can understand it!

You may have heard about the duo from their YouTube channel where they post covers of popular songs, which often garner hundreds of thousands of views!

“Shame” has tropical summer vibes that follow a similar guitar pattern right through the song – a melody that could easily become dull, but here it comes across chilled and delivers the laidback summer vibes its aiming for.

Vocally, this song isn’t spectacular, but the restrained tones of their voice perfectly suit the Spanish influences in the song.

However, you will notice a slight similarity to Ed Sheeran’s, “Shape Of You,” but have you heard Camila Cabello’s debut, it’s a carbon copy and nobody complained – so we’ll let the boys have this one!
