Demi Lovato could be anyone on Jax Jones new single, “Instruction,” but Steffon Don kills it, as always.

Lovato’s been quite the feature queen lately after teaming with Cheat Codes, but here, it could be anyone!

Her vocals are processed within an inch of their life, and from what I can hear, there is no point of it – her natural vocals would sound great here.

Thankfully, this doesn’t take away from the track, thanks to Jones’s awesome production. Just like in “You Don’t Really Know Me,” Jones makes forgettable lyrics and ‘okay’ vocals acceptable with the dancefloor-ready, house beat.

Don’s section isn’t the longest, but her Caribbean vibes and the slightly lowered tone in production allows her flow to take centre stage and it really lets the excitement for the final chorus to build!
