Tigerlily – “Ashes” | Review

Tigerlily swaps  harsher, EDM sounds in favour of soft, lite-tropical house on her new single, “Ashes.”

Tigerlily has been creating her own, as well as featuring on some amazing track over the last few years, but this new, radio friendly hit might be the song that crosses her over to the big leagues.

“Ashes” starts off and sounds as though it could be the next love child between Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez, with its soft yet defiant beats growing all the way to the chorus!

We all know the Australian DJ can produce a big beat song, so it’s nice to see a different side of her, and this current, mainstream track hits the spot on each and every listen!

While listening to the track from the comfort of your own bed, you can imagine yourself at a festival/gig jumping and raving to this song with the smoke machines going off and everybody losing their shit!

So, please 2017, let’s make this song happen!
