Kesha – “Hymn” | Review

Kesha is releasing tracks like nobodies business on the run up to Rainbow, this time it’s an ode to those that don’t fit with “Hymn.”

We have one week until Kesha gifts us with what’s already sounding to be an amazing album, Rainbow.

With what is probably the last track to preview the album, “Hymn” is a shoutout to her fans and all those around the world that don’t fit in.

The sound of the track is in a more familiar territory of her previous era with a strong pop influence and a more mainstream production compared to the likes of “Praying” and “Woman.”

The track, again, put vocals newly free vocals on the forefront and allows us as fans, as the outcasts to hear the message Kesha is sharing with us.

Kesha states in the chorus that “this is a hymn for how we live,” and throughout the track, Kesha gives us a place for everyone to belong:

Kesha is really going for the ‘anthem’ album with Rainbow, this is easily the best album of her career already, so we can’t wait until August 11th!
