HËXĖ – “Edge” | Review

Alt-pop duo, HËXĖ, continue to bring their amazingness to the pop-sphere with their second single, “Edge.”

HËXĖ bust onto the scene back in June with their electrifying debut single, “Words,” that brought familiar sounds from different genres and popped them onto one great track.

But starting on such a high can often be detrimental to acts – do HËXĖ fall into the trap?

No, to put it simply!

The distinct vocal of Lex Stowe is instantly recognisable and sounds as flawless as it did on the more laid back “Words.”

The production on “Edge” has a lot more electronic influences with it’s harsher sound and big beats thumping down, along with Stowe’s voice, they put you in some sort of hypnotic trance.

HËXĖ could be the next big name to break through the blogs praise into the mainstream and (hopefully) bring in a fresh exciting sound to the largely stagnant charts.
