Song Of The Week: RIKA – “No Need” | Review

RIKA‘s “No Need” is like a breath of fresh air on the very crowded New Music Friday.

We love music here on the site – that’s the whole point of the having a site – but sometime’s it can be too much, and on a day like today when there is just so much new music to get through, you need a song that lifts you from your slump and makes you feel good – that’s what “No Need” does!RIKA s

RIKA was shot into the spotlight last year when her song, “For Peace In Syria,” went viral and amassed over 900 thousand views, since then she has been hard at work and released her brilliant debut single, “Honest,” earlier this month.

“No Need” is an upbeat, dance-pop song that contained elements of R&B and electronica that all come together to make an uplifting jam that you definitely need in your life right now.

The song builds from a light and airy song into a more club orientated track after the first chorus and it totally gives us all the life we need to get through the day, night and whole weekend!

If RIKA continues with this level of greatness she’s gonna be a force to be reckoned with!
