Forever – “Stolen Car” | Review

Forever shares the frantic second release from her upcoming sophomore EP, “Stolen Car.”

Following the success of her debut self-titled EP, a collection of music that relied on ambiance and dream-pop influences, the star is ready to play along with beats – and OMG, we’re in love.!

After releasing “Falling” back in May, we knew there was some amazingness to follow, the upbeat, dancey track that celebrates clubs.

“Stolen Car” isn’t as vibrant as “Falling,” but it’s more arresting, from the first electronic beat drop, you know you’re in for a glorious ride – just not the one you’re expecting.

While the track sounds like it’s going to take a harsher, deeper house/electronic turn, it relies on the retrained and dreamy to keep you hooked till the last note.

Forever’s beautiful vocals simply glide over the jazzy production of the song while the delivery feels very soul-like – we are literally living for this modern day electronic-jazz (that’s its name now and forever!).
