Jerry Williams – “Velcro” (Acoustic) | Review

Jerry Williams continues to stun with her latest acoustic track, “Velcro.”

The last 12 months have seen Jerry reach a number of milestones, grabbing the headlines across major online platforms including WONDERLAND and CLASH, whilst recently being added to the SXSW and The Great Escape line-ups for 2018, Williams continues to impress with this latest set of acoustic releases.

The third offering from the upcoming acoustic version of her Let’s Just Forget About It EP proves why we need to pay more attention to the star.

To get attention for one acoustic track is pretty, easy, but to get us excited to listen to a third acoustic version of an already great song; that’s star power, honey!

The stripped back production allows us to once again hear the fabulously soft and delicate vocals of the singer, also bring the lyrical meaning to the forefront.

Scenes of moving on from a broken relationship run through the veins of this beautifully gentle release, evoking the real-life experiences that punctuate so much of Jerry’s musical repertoire.
