The Alley – “No More” | Review

Under a new guise, producer iSHi releases the epic and rousing bond-esque track, “No More.”

iSHi is a very accomplished producer, having worked with Rihanna and Craig David, as well as having three number ones under his belt with Tinie Tempah, Emeli Sandé and Professor Green and Rudimental.

Now, as The Alley, he is going for a new sound with the help of a few guests.

“No More” features a 24-piece string arrangement courtesy of world-renowned violinist Erik Arvinder as well as a special unnamed female vocalist (who you obviously know if you’ve heard her voice before, it’s so unique).

The track opens a simple piano ballad with a simple vocal before it grows with anticipated breaths towards the atmospheric chorus.

The track is brought alive with its slight electronic beats that lift the spirit in the second verse as the vocalist’s vocal begins to grow and flex over the production.

This is one of the greatest Adele songs that never was!
