Greer – “Downfall” | Review

Greer gives us camp in abundance on his latest track, “Downfall.”

We covered Greer a couple of years ago when he released “School Night” featuring the incomparable cupcakKe. After going away for a while and going through a style makeover, he’s back and better than ever!

“Downfall” opens with a dramatic piano solo, before exploding with crashing synth beats and a futuristic vibe that is ready for the clubs.

This record could easily be performed at Eurovision, it serves equal parts great, danceable pop along with enough camp to get Europe hooked!

A decade ago, liking a track to a Eurovision song would be throwing major shade, but now the level of great pop is that high, it’s a rather huge compliment.

Following last years “Blondes Have More Fun,” which we think has a Spice Girls on steroids┬ákinda vibe, we can’t wait to see what he releases next!
